    "I bought an apartment in Santa Pola with Alicante Sol in June 2022. Being French, it was my first purchase in Spain and I had a great experience with them. First, the selling process and visits were managed by Tatiana, who was very attentive to my needs, my search criteria, answering every possible questions, asking the sellers if needed, explaining to me all the important elements when buying a property in Santa Pola, etc... She is very professional, friendly and very helpful even weeks after the sale was signed. Once decided on the purchase, Andres got in touch with me to organize all the buying process with notary: all the documents needed, scheduling, etc... He also reviewed with me all the documents so that all my questions were solved (and I had many!). He was also very professional, flexible, available, and knowledgeable. After the notary step, as I had a good impression of this real estate agency, I contracted them for the post-sale administrative tasks (taxes, power company, etc...) and the person in charge, Mónica, was also very efficient and took time with me to explain everything in detail. I visited apartments with more than 10 agencies before finding what I was searching for, and I experienced all types of unprofessional real estate agencies in the area... In contrast, Alicante Sol did a great and honest job, so I would recommend them 100%."

    "It all started with an enquiry email, which led to viewing trip, which led to a purchase. Fernando listened to our list of property must haves, maybes and definitely nots and over the course of a few emails we had a shortlist list of viewings which included properties not listed with Alicante Sol. It was great to finally meet with Fernando who is an extremely genuine guy. During the viewings we found him very knowledgeable on construction, informative of local requirements on owning a property and knows the area well. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured but listened to. Once we had decided on a property although listed with another agent he placed the offer on our behalf and liaised with the sellers agent all the way though and kept in contact with our solicitor. He checked on the property pre & post completion and even removed some bags of rubbish that had been left. He took time out of his day off to meet us to hand over the keys. He arranged for locksmiths to come to change the locks, and even today, a week after the completing he is following up on a couple of things for us. So for us Fernando has been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble, we felt in safe hands and confident in all his actions taken on our behalf. We class him as our friend."
